Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our gear, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all Reebok members. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our facility.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or drop-off point listed on your return label to initiate the shipping process back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
